Wonderfully aromatic with the scent of blossoms, petals and herbs, Bob’s Spring Bitters add a floral, herbaceous note to a light, refreshing cocktail or a gin and tonic.
Bob’s Spring Bitters works in harmony with gin, rum or apple, elderflower and ginger based cocktails. Alternatively, for a non-alcoholic drink, add a couple of dashes to sparkling water, lemonade or soda water for a thirst-quenching beverage.
Add a few drops to whipped cream to accompany a spring fruit salad or enhance a passionfruit curd cheesecake with a few dashes of Bob’s Spring Bitters.

Build directly in a chilled glass. Add first three ingredients and give it a quick stir. Add ice, top with tonic. Garnish with dehydrated apple and elderflower, give it a gentle stir before enjoying.
