Bob’s Grapefruit Bitters were originally created for legendary Dorchester Bar Manager, Guiliano Morandin who used them to create his signature martini, The Perfect Ten. This is an off-dry blend of Tanqueray Ten, Lillet Blanc and Bob’s Grapefruit Bitters, which provides a citrus-nuanced, yet smooth, cocktail.
Bob recommends trying Grapefruit Bitters in the Smoking Barrel cocktail for a sweet and sour sensation.
