Bob’s Apple Margarita

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Tequila blanco
  • 20 ml Cointreau
  • 20 ml Fresh organic lemon juice

  • 15 ml Green apple syrup
  • Green apple

  • Dash of Bob’s Autumn Bitters & Difford’s Margarita Bitters

Method

Add diced green apple to a shaker and muddle it. Add all other ingredients and fill with ice. Give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass with a rock of ice. Garnish with dehydrated apple and freeze-dried apple
