60ml Water
15-20 dashes Original Pick-Me-Up
Berocca/ Alka Seltzer/ Effervescent vitamin of choice

Method

To 60ml of water add 15-20 good dashes of Original Pick-Me-Up. Stir and add an effervescent vitamin tablet of your choice. Wait for the tablet to dissolve and drink the glassful in one go. Await the rejuvenating effects.
