Summer Sour

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Summer fruit gin
  • 20 ml Forest fruit tea homemade
  • 20 ml Fresh organic lemon juice

  • Dash of Bob’s Summer Bitters
  • Organic egg white

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake it hard. Add ice, shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with freeze-dried strawberries and edible gold dust
