Ingredients

  • 50ml Johnny Walker Black
  • 20ml Noilly Ambre
  • 20ml Oloroso Sherry
  • 1 white sugar cube
  • Bob’s Grapefruit Bitters

Method

Throw 4 times, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
