Roseberry


Ingredients

  • 60 ml Whitley Neil Raspberry Gin
  • 30 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 25 ml homemade roseberry-blues tea syrup (Rooibos, raspberry, strawberry & rose) or use a similar fruit tea like forest fruit
  • Dash of Bob's Liquorice Bitters
  • Egg white

Method

Add the ingredients to a shaker and give it a hard shake then add ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated raspberries, liquorice stick and mist with absinthe.
