Rose & Hibiscus PS

Ingredients
- 60 ml Pisco
- 30 ml Fresh organic lime juice
- 20 ml Homemade rose & hibiscus syrup
- Dash of Bob’s Summer Bitters
- Organic egg white
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker and give it a hard shake. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a rose and rose petals
