Ingredients

  • 50 ml GauGin classic
  • 15 ml Sherry medium
  • 10 ml Peach liqueur
  • Dash of Bob's Abbotts Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated peach and torched rosemary.
