French Daiquiri


Created in 2009 by Simon Difford at The Cabinet Room, London, for Charlotte Ashburner, then UK brand manager of Chambord liqueur. A classic daiquiri made fruity with the addition of black raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 75 ml Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
  • 15 ml Chambord Liqueur
  • 15 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 45 ml Eager Pineapple Juice
  • 3 dashes Difford’s Daiquiri Bitters

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
