Floral Sour

Ingredients
- 60 ml Illusionist Gin
- 30 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
- 20 ml Creme de violette
- Dash of Bob's Lavender Bitters
- Organic egg white
Method
Add the ingredients to a shaker and give it a hard shake. Add ice and shake until well chilled then double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with flowers.
