Floral Sour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Illusionist Gin
  • 30 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 20 ml Creme de violette
  • Dash of Bob's Lavender Bitters
  • Organic egg white

Method

Add the ingredients to a shaker and give it a hard shake. Add ice and shake until well chilled then double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with flowers.
