Ingredients

  • 30 ml Nyborg Distillery Fiona Gin
  • 20 ml Fresh organic lemon juice
  • 20 ml Red Vermouth
  • 20 ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • Dash of Bob's Abbotts Bitters

Method

Add the ingredients to a shaker and fill it with ice then give it a good shake. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with lemon peel and thyme.
