Daiquiri

Ingredients
- 50 ml Light white Cuban-style rum
- 15 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 10 ml Sugar syrup (2 parts sugar:1 part water)
- 4 drops Difford’s Daiquiri Bitter’s by Bob’s Bitters
Method
Shake the ingredients with ice and double strain into pre-chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
