Black Jack
Ingredients
- 45ml Byrrh Grand Quinquina
- 15ml La Fee Parisienne absinthe
- 15ml Picon Amer
- 15ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
- 4 drops of Bob’s Liquorice Bitters
- 22.5ml Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)
Method
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and Black Jack chew.
