Ingredients

  • 40 ml Apple gin
  • 20 ml Pommeau
  • 10 ml Aged apple brandy
  • 1 bsp Caramel syrup
  • Dash of Bob’s Autumn Bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients over ice to perfect dilution. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated apple and apple branch
